Fleur was created from a deep appreciation for small businesses and the people behind them. While planning my wedding, I had the opportunity to work closely with incredibly talented vendors. Through that experience, I saw not only the creativity and care poured into their work, but also the constant balancing act behind the scenes—managing clients, staying organized and keeping everything running seamlessly.

It became clear that many business owners are doing it all—and doing it well—but often without the support they truly need.

My professional background includes over ten years of working with small business owners across banking, sales and project-based roles. Throughout that time, I’ve supported businesses by bringing structure to their day-to-day—helping streamline processes, manage timelines and create systems that allow things to run more efficiently and with less stress.
